Not exactly as pictured. The red is slightly off and the heart shape isn’t as defined as the picture but it is still cute. I bought two one for me and one for someone else. Took a while to receive but I also wasn’t fully aware of where the product was coming from. I haven’t worn it yet so I can’t comment on any type of irritation it might cause due to having very sensitive skin. Again, the necklace is extremely CUTE!!
